Mother's Milk Books, & A Project to Muse Over

It is with pride that I announce that I have been asked to contribute to the latest project by Mother's Milk Books. I have written a poem surrounding the idea of 'remembering mothers' for an anthology of poems supporting breastfeeding which are being complied by Teika Bellamy, a breastfeeding counsellor and fellow writer based in the UK.

The project is titled 'Musings', and the money raised from sales of the anthology will go to supporting the breastfeeding charity, La Leche League GB. All breastfeeding mothers can understand some of the trials and tribulations surrounding breastfeeding in today's society, and therefore the valuable work that La Leche League do in supporting us through our efforts to do something that is both natural and hugely beneficial for our babies.

So thank you Teika for the opportunity to contribute to this excellent project. I will post details of its publication, and where to get yourself a copy, as soon as they become available.
